Everything we sell is altered to you. On selected designs we go further, and have the piece made to your fabric, colour and measurements.
Included with every purchase
Alterations
Sizing is a starting point. Our tailors work on the piece until it sits the way it should — at no extra charge on anything bought here.

We take your measurements in store, or work from a piece you already own and wear well.

Fitting
Hems, waists, sleeves, straps and necklines adjusted until the piece sits properly on you.

Garment stitching
Garment cut and stitched to your measurements, with customizable options to suit your preferred style and fit.

Collection
Most alterations are ready in three to five days. We will call you when it is.

Made to Order
Take a design you like and change what you want about it. Six to sixteen weeks depending on the embroidery, agreed with you before we start.

Start from a piece in the store or from our made-to-order collection.

Fabric, colour, embroidery and any changes to the silhouette, chosen with a consultant.

Measurements
We take a full set of measurements and agree a delivery date with you.

Made and fitted
The workshop makes the piece, and we fit it here once before you take it home.
