Shipping & Returns

Every order is packed by hand at the boutique and dispatched with tracking. The options below are available at checkout.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery — 4–7 business days, ₹150. Complimentary on orders over ₹2,499.
• Express delivery — 2–3 business days, ₹450. Dispatched the same day when ordered before 2pm.
• Boutique hand delivery — ₹499 within Surat. Hand-delivered and unboxed with you.

We ship across India. GST is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Alterations

Alterations on anything bought here are included, not charged for. Most are ready in three to five days; we will call you when yours is. Pieces held for alteration are not dispatched until the fitting is signed off.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order takes six to sixteen weeks depending on the embroidery involved. We agree a date with you before starting, and we will tell you promptly if the workshop slips.

Returns

Unaltered pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags intact. Start a return from your account, or contact client care and we will arrange collection.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
• Exchanges for a different size are free; we cover shipping both ways.
• Sale pieces may be exchanged or credited, but not refunded.

What we cannot accept

Once a piece has been altered to your measurements it cannot be resold, so altered and made-to-order pieces are final sale. If a fault is ours — a bad seam, or a fit we got wrong — bring it back and we will correct it at no charge. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
