Yes, and it is included on anything bought here — hems, waists, sleeves, straps and garment stitching. Most alterations are ready in three to five days and we call you when yours is.
About alterationsOn selected designs, yes. You choose the fabric, colour and embroidery, we take a full set of measurements, and the piece is made to them. Six to sixteen weeks depending on the embroidery, agreed with you before we start.
Made to orderYes. Add what you want to the bag and pay at checkout by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. If you would rather pay in store, message us on WhatsApp and we will hold the piece for you.
Yes. Standard delivery is ₹150 and free on orders over ₹2,499. Express is ₹450 for two to three days. Within Surat we can hand-deliver for ₹499.
Delivery detailsUnaltered pieces can be returned within 14 days, unworn and with tags intact. Altered and made-to-order pieces are final sale, because they can no longer be resold — but if a fault or a fit is ours, bring it back and we will put it right.
Full policyXS to XL on most pieces, and everything is altered to you before it leaves. Sarees come with an unstitched blouse piece, which we cut and stitch to your measurements.
